U.S President Barack Obama’s farewell speech.

Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

5:00 a.m. Alexander was up super early again today, proding my side waiting for his milk feed.

6:00 a.m. Back to sleep for an hour.

8:00 a.m. Took Alexander to daycare.

8:30 a.m. Working on the circuit diagrams for publication of Kit 2 instruction manual.

10 a.m. Decided to sit back for 35 minutes and watch the live farewell speech of U.S. President Barack Obama. He served for 8 years as president of the United States of America. Which at this time of writting was the world’s 1st superpower. It would be interesting to know what people, perhaps like yourself if you are reading this in 50, 100, 1000 or more years time know of the U.S.A and the world that existed at this time. I can tell you it was a world of great change, new ideas and new possibilities. It was a world of hope. And I hope that your world continues this important foundation of basic quailty of humanity. Without hope there are no dreams. Without dreams there is no invention. Without invention there is no progess. Without progress we … well I guess I don’t have to worry about thst as you are reading this. So there is still hope.

12 p.m. Headed off to Tainan for work.

2:00 p.m. to 5: 30p.m. Grade 4, Samuel and Anli classes.

5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. I felt incredibly drained after class so I decided to nap for an hour before going home.

8:00 p.m. Glad I took that nap. Made travelling home much easier and safer. Stopped by the steakhouse and bought 2 chicken dinners for me and Chia.

8:30 p.m. Home again, home again.
